After the massive success of Spektre's Remix of "PS. You Rock", Blufin are proud to present Spektre’s new single on their inprint. These 2 guys from Leeds have produced straight to the point again, keeping a massive energy in their groove.

Uto Karem has trimmed the track down to its basics with his remix, solid to the base, clubby & twisting the people's mind, but again with the result : "PS. We keep on Rockin !!!"

Stacking up an intimidating amount of industry knowledge and skill between them, the Spektre monster is storming from strength to strength, taking no prisoners… They have released countless successful tracks as well as gaining the support of top name DJs until today! Although coming from two very diverse musical backgrounds, their love of minimalism and attraction to cutting edge technology created a lethal combination. With Weave 26’s titel track, “Hydra”, Richard Wakely & Paul Maddox are once more delivering a really powerful bass-driven tribal tech tune that will rock off your socks on the dancefloor!!

The Weavelab crew is more than happy to welcome these guys on board!! So far their tracks appeared on labels like great stuff records, toolroom, high note or blu fin, to name a few. We are seriously sure that with “Hydra” they set another milestone in their discography! This one is a truely stunning technobomb!

The 2 remix versions on the flip side show a more minimal charakter than the original version. On B1, the turkish mastermind Ahmet Sendil comes up with a spacing stormer of a track that will satisfy all of you who are more into the minus-like techno-style!

On B2 we have no other than the famous Dutch (Hard)House-DJ & -producer Koen Groeneveld, bringin us his definition of techno in the 21st century.. Koen got known in the early 90's as a remixer for the "Turn Up The Bass"-compilations by Arcade! He has released many records under various names, but most famous are of course The Ultimate Seduction (a genuine House-Classic) and releases as The Klubbheads... lets check out what this techno pioneer is up for today after being in the business for 2 decades!!!

FERGIE – REMIXED Pt. 3 – Excentric Muzik

http://www.beatport.com/artists/spektre

Fergie and Excentric Muzik are back with this the next installment of his mighty 'Remixed' series. Having seen his Excentric releases already remixed by a stunning array of talent that has included Slam, King Unique, Adam Shaw, Bigger Than Jesus and many others, the label boss readies himself to unleash the next full fire batch of mixes.... The releases getting the new treatments today are, Question Mark, To The Core and By The By.... and the remixers.....

1. Question Mark –Yousef’s Circus Rework
2. By The By – Pig & Dan Mix
3. By The By – Reset Robot Remix
4. To The Core – Spektre’s Ground Zero Remix
5. To The Core – Alan Fitzpatrick Remix
6. Question Mark – Dan Doran & Antonio Menez Remix

Spektre, have, over the past couple of years been making a real name for themselves via their music. The pairing of Filthy Rich and Paul Maddox, tipped by iDJ and DJ Magazines, had their first productions snapped up by Oliver Huntemann for his 'Dance Electric' imprint. Ever since they have been riding the techno rollercoaster. Their 'Hover' track was a Sven Vath fave, and their recent remix of Luomo's 'Tessia' on Great Stuff has won them a legion of new fans. They do their thing, on To The Core....

Rections:
Louis Osbourne – (RTE Pulse Radio Ireland) – “Fergie sent me these last week. I love most of the mixes, especially Reset Robot / Spektre & Alan Fitzpatricks. I have charted no.6 in my March chart. This is TOTALLY my sound. Bravo.”

iDJ Magazine – “Crumbs! Mr Fergie, with this remix package, you're really spoiling us. Spektre's rattly workout's cooking my goose, but there's so much massively effective stuff here I can barely believe it. Stick that right in the top drawer.”

Stephan Bodzin - "Actually I have no words for a BIG package like this... probably will play all tracks :-)
